Christianophobes Submit After Discrimination Suit Launched

Story here.

This is another victory in the expanding war against the fascist, leftwing anti-Christians!

Emphasis mine:

After its attorney warned that "government officials do not have the right to single out Christian groups for discrimination," a New Jersey community has reversed its previous denial and now granted a Christian ministry the right to perform in the town's public square.

(...)

The Christian group – which performs skits, live music and puppet shows for children – was denied access to the square despite permission given to groups such as Road Devils, NJ.

The Road Devils event included live bands using vulgar language with electronic sound equipment, female mannequins dressed only in underwear and public consumption of alcohol, ADF said.

ADF attorneys filed the lawsuit Feb. 14, and Thursday village officials backed down, promising they would never again discriminate against a religious group on the basis of its viewpoint.

Please note that this sets a precedent. From now on, judges must take this case into account when faced with cases in which religious groups' rights are violated on the basis of their viewpoints. It's going to be interesting to see what the infamously, fascistically anti-Christian Ninth Circuit Court does from now on when they persecute Christians every bloody time the ACLU demands they do so.

The Alliance Defence Fund wins another victory for Christianity!

You know, the left will point out that all religious groups, according to the village, were supposedly banned, supposedly logically entailing that there was no anti-Christianity, which is their common, automatic refrain. But that in and of itself cannot be used as an excuse to ban any religious group from exercising its First Amendment rights as well as their Constitutionally-guaranteed freedom of religious belief. It would be too easy to claim that "all" religions are equally banned, wouldn't it? But that cannot be an excuse to discriminate. And the village knew that. That's why they caved. Besides, I bet they wouldn't have the courage to tell a fundamentalist Islamic group they couldn't play their stuff in the same venue as the "Road Devils".

I look forward to the day when the ADF clashes with the ACLU in a battle royal, a clash of the titans, etc... the extremely zealous anti-Christian ACLU is soooo asking for war!

Onward, Christian soldiers!!!
