'Inconvenient Truth' Inaccurate: CNN Meteorologist

What a brave man to speak the truth. h/t: Newsbusters

Meteorologist Rob Marciano clapped his hands on CNN’s “American Morning” and exclaimed, “Finally,” in response to a report that a British judge might ban the movie
“An Inconvenient Truth” from UK schools because, according to the broadcast “it
is politically biased and contains scientific inaccuracies.”

“There are definitely some inaccuracies,” Marciano added during the October 4 broadcast. “The biggest thing I have a problem with is this implication that Katrina was caused by global warming.”

The Business & Media Institute has extensively critiqued the media’s coverage of global warming in Fire & Ice, which covers a hundred years of coverage of global warming. While journalists have warned of climate change for more than 100 years, the warnings switched from global cooling to warming to cooling and warming again.

Consensus, schmonsensus. Nothing stopping 2,500 idiots in various scientifically-related careers from toeing the party line and signing their John Hancock on a piece of paper and ending up being on a list referred to as a "consensus" of folks who allegedly agree with a position.

Peer pressure can be so powerful that one won't think twice about just signing a piece of paper and later regretting being so easily manipulated into doing so.

Hey! I got an idea... someone should gather 2,500 signatures of scientists who have doubts about the IPCC's claims about "climate change". Then let's call that a "consensus". Yes, it's possible to do this. Hell, it doesn't have to be 2,500. It could be any number. There's no standard minimum number required for something to be defined a "consensus", after all. Any bunch of people agreeing on something is a "consensus", after all.

And there is NOT a consensus amongst all scientists, including climatologists, etc., that the IPCC is correct.

We're being taken for fools.
