Liberal MP Keith Martin Defies 'Leader' Dion

...and stands up for free speech.

Refuses to withdraw his private member's bill calling for the abolition of the oppressive, fascist Section 13(1) of the Canadian Human Rights Act, which allows Liberal Fascists at the "Human Rights" Commissions to take away peoples' rights and censor their thoughts. And take away thousands of their dollars while at it, to add injury to insult.

VICTORIA -- Maverick Island Liberal MP Keith Martin is refusing to withdraw a private member's motion to delete a section of the Human Rights Code, putting him at loggerheads with his party's leader.

Martin, MP for Esquimalt-Juan de Fuca, said it's a freedom of speech issue.

"I'm not going to remove it," said Martin. "The motion is there, I introduced it, and it's going to stay there. It's an important debate."

This clearly means that Stephane Dion and the rest of the Liberal Party of Canada who follow him in supporting the unconstitutional, fascist Section 13(1) of the CHRA do not support free speech, despite claiming they do. They support Liberal Fascism, censorship of thoughts and the taking away of some folks' rights for daring to say something politically incorrect or simply because they were accused of "hurting (or potentially hurting) someone's feelings" or something like that.

The Liberals and the rest of the Leftist Opposition clearly support taking away peoples' rights with extreme prejudice in the name of their extremist, revolutionary ideological Far-Left agenda.

And the Left is completely offside with the mainstream of Canada. The Leftists are extremists, radicals, revolutionaries. Think in terms of Fascists, Nazis, Bolsheviks, etc...

The Leftist parties in Ottawa must, therefore, not be voted for, for they're against our rights to freedom of thought and expression (and other rights, when they deem so) whenever they find such rights inconvenient to their own ideological agenda or the agenda of those with whom they ally.

Let's fast-track this bill and rush it through Royal Assent. It's about rights. It's about the Charter. We cannot have a law that says that the state can take away peoples' rights just because the Far Left doesn't like them and/or what they believe, think and say.

I remember how eager the Liberals were to fast-track and pass Svend Robinson's fascist Bill C-250 in 2005, which is very similar in potential effect to S. 13(1) of the CHRA, meaning that it will eventually lead to the revocation of peoples' rights by corrupt Leftwing activist judges and "Human Rights" Commissioners in favor of a tiny minority of militants within a particular minority community which falsely claims to represent that community in general and utilizes unethical extremist tactics to impose its ideology onto everyone regardless of rights and freedoms.

I'm sick and tired of extremists successfully having their mainstream opponents' rights violated by the state on their behalf.
