The Duff Speaks Up

 Senator Mike Duffy

Story here.

Recently in Amherst, N.S., referring to all the crazy crap flying around thanks to the Hard-Leftwingnutcase Opposition in Ottawa, plus the Media of Mass Deception (eg. the CBC, CTV, Toronto Star, Globe and Mail, N.B. Telegraph Journal, etc., you know, the Establishment-Elite "News" Media Who Tell Us What We're Supposed To Think While Refusing To Tell Us What's Really Going On...).
“We have to remind our friends and neighbours that these arguments are manufactured for a reason and that is to wear people out. This is a deliberate tactic on the part of the opposition.”

He uses the Afghan detainees issue as an example.

“That happened when the Liberals were in power,” Duffy said. “It’s not like Canadian soldiers to go out and torture people but the opposition is raising this because they have nothing positive to say about themselves.”
Read it all.  An excellent, and motivating, speech, especially for those who aren't with the fringe-elementist Progs.

One note, however, about the article at the link:  It incorrectly refers to "Progressive Conservatives" while it should be referring to Conservatives.  Clearly, Minister Guergis isn't a "Progressive Conservative", but rather a Conservative.

I find it difficult to believe that a journalist doesn't know the difference.  But then again, perhaps the journalist just had a brainfart, as we all do sometimes, like Guergis and Jaffer, right?
