Fondling: OK For TSA, Not For Donald Duck?

So Donald Duck now works for the TSA at some Obamerican airport?
Apparently someone didn't like a DUCK touching her boobie-junk.

By now we all know that in Soviet Obamerica, if one wants to fly, one must submit to being pornoscanned and/or sexually groped.  Including rape victims.  And the state apparatus doesn't give a flying feck about the personal damages it might cause some people.

Now we've got a case wherein Donald Duck allegedly gave a woman the TSA treatment, allegedly causing terrible personal harm.

So the duck is gonna have to go to court.

Will the TSA?  Will the Obamacracy?

Will a double standard prevail?

Will it be deemed ok for the government to violate and psychiatrically harm people, but not for Donald Duck to do so?
Disney must defend April Magolon's claims that the character grabbed her breast as she held her child at the Walt Disney World Park and then joked about it.

Magolon, 27, of Upper Darby, Pennsylvania claims the May 2008 encounter left her with post-traumatic stress in the form of nightmares, digestive problems and other permanent injuries.

Her lawsuit also charges that Disney parks have a history of fondling complaints involving workers, and that that Disney has “condoned” their actions, putting profits over public safety.

Hey... it's exactly the same as what the Soviet Obamacracy does to Americans.  In fact, once one approaches the security checkpoint, one is deprived of one's right to change one's mind and arrested if one attempts to do so.  Even if one's a rape victim or something like that.

So if Donald Duck gets the book thrown at him, so therefore must the Soviet Obamacracy and the TSA bastards!

You know, this same woman, obviously she'd be harmed in the same way by being sexually assaulted against her will at an airport in Obama's America.  But would it be treated as a big deal then?  Would any judge dare to go against the Obamacrats?
